Returns & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return/exchange experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return/exchange request is authorized, the product must be returned within 10 business days along with:
✔ A copy of the invoice
✔ Original packaging
✔ The product in its original condition

Upon receiving the returned product, you will receive a credit note with no expiry date or an exchange, as per availability.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Prior Authorization Required: Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the product is sent back without our prior consent.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized, stitched products & accessories are not eligible for return/exchange.
    • No returns/exchanges for products from our Premium, Only on Priyanshi Fashion, and Sale categories.
  3. One-Time Return/Exchange Policy: A product can only be returned or exchanged once.
  4. Defective/Damaged Products:
    • In case of a defect, we may request pictures of the damaged item for review.
    • If the item is found defective, we will send a replacement of the same design.
    • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  5. International Orders: We do not provide return/exchange services for orders outside India.
  6. Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer and should be sent only via India Post (no other courier services accepted).
  7. Partial Order Cancellations:
    • If certain products from your order are unavailable, you will be offered an alternative product, store credit, or a refund for the unavailable item.
  8. Store Credit & Wallet Usage:
    • If a product purchased using store credit is out of stock, the amount will be credited to your Priyanshi Fashion Wallet only.
  9. Alterations: Customers can send products for alterations at their own shipping cost.
  10. Products with Beads & Sequins:
    • Beads and sequins may come off due to handling and shipping.
    • Even after replacements, minor loss of embellishments may still occur.
  11. Legal Jurisdiction: All legal matters will be handled under the jurisdiction of Palitana Court only.
